1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using the GrowWise mobile application ("GrowWise," "the App," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
GrowWise is a personal investment tracking and education tool. The App provides portfolio tracking, stock exploration, AI-generated market analysis, watchlist management, and financial news aggregation. GrowWise is an informational and educational service only and does not constitute financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.
3. Financial Disclaimer
All content provided by GrowWise — including but not limited to stock analysis, AI recommendations, portfolio insights, and market news — is for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing in the App constitutes a solicitation, recommendation, endorsement, or offer to buy or sell any securities or other financial instruments. You should consult a qualified financial advisor before making any investment decisions. Past performance is not indicative of future results.
4. User Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for any investment decisions you make based on information from GrowWise. You agree to verify all data independently before acting on it. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your portfolio data entered into the App. GrowWise is not liable for any financial losses incurred as a result of using the App.
5. Subscriptions & Billing
GrowWise offers a Premium subscription that unlocks additional features such as unlimited portfolio stocks, the AI Investment Advisor, CSV export, and advanced analysis. Subscription pricing is displayed within the App prior to purchase. Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store using your platform's standard in-app purchase billing. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device's subscription settings. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective refund policies. No content within the App may be reproduced, distributed, or resold without our written permission.
6. AI-Generated Content
GrowWise uses artificial intelligence to generate investment analysis and recommendations. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete. You should not rely solely on AI-generated content when making investment decisions. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any AI-generated analysis.
7. User Data
You retain ownership of the data you enter into GrowWise, including portfolio holdings and watchlist entries. We process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You may request deletion of your account and data at any time by contacting us or using the in-app account deletion feature.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GrowWise and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to financial losses, investment losses, or data loss. The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
9. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to: (a) use the App for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App; (c) use automated systems to scrape or extract data from the App; (d) interfere with the proper functioning of the App; or (e) use the App to provide financial advice to others.
10. Intellectual Property
GrowWise, including its design, features, and content (excluding user-entered data and third-party market data), is the intellectual property of GrowWise. All trademarks, service marks, and logos are the property of their respective owners.
11. Third-Party Services
GrowWise integrates with third-party services for market data, AI processing, and news aggregation. We are not responsible for the accuracy or availability of third-party data. Third-party services have their own terms and privacy policies that you should review.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes through the App. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
